Our company culture was founded on the premise that we have a responsibility to the earth and its inhabitants and we make every effort to honor these principles throughout our workplace.
Sereno is committed to creating a business and a culture that is mindful of our responsibility to our earth and to our community. We are always encouraged to see the good and uphold it. In an effort to support the best of our community, we have pledged to give 1% of our gross commissions to charitable or community-minded groups making a positive difference in the communities we serve. Our grant-making cycles will now take place twice a year — in the Spring and Fall. Organizations are chosen in our specific office communities each quarter and are selected by our agents.
Since 2012, Sereno’s agent-driven 1% For Good initiative has been able to contribute $6.7 million to over 201 non-profits throughout Silicon Valley and the Santa Cruz coastal communities.
